Wednesday 11 December 7.00pm in St. David's Church, Exeter
Join us for a relaxed evening of seasonal music and poetry with mulled wine and mince pies in the interval. We hope to have plenty of audience participation in this concert of interesting and unusual arrangements of music related to Christmas. We shall be singing a mix of ancient and modern, serious and more light-hearted carols and Christmas music, interspersed with readings. Composers include Sweelinck, Biebl, Tanner, Whitacre, Rutter and Lauridsen — together with arrangements of well-known carols by Willcocks, Rutter, Gardner and Ogden, plus some jazzy items!
